My Nutrisystem Weekly Weigh-In (Week #10) #NSNation

This is my 10th week on the Nutrisystem program.10 weeks into this journey and I have accomplished losing over 20lbs, that is amazing. It is hard work but manageable. I never before knew how bad stress can lead you to eat the wrong way. This past week has been full of ups and downs. The stress,m the triple digit weather and all is just too overwhelming for myself.

Sticking to the program as best as I could under the circumstances, my numbers were ok this week. Considering the only exercise I am getting is walking around the house, anything lost is something lost. I have to say, thank goodness for Nutrisystem's select frozen foods. I just LOVE the ice cream sandwiches! In this heat, any of these cool frozen treats are much needed! I usually have my dessert during the day instead of leaving it for after dark.

This weeks weight-loss was ok, but due to the circumstances, It was expected. Who knew it would be so hard to lose weight during summer? :) I can't wait to keep pushing myself and lose more weight. I have made a personal goal to lose a minimum of 10lbs. a month over the next 1 1/2 months I have left. :) Don't forget to Check out my entire Nutrisystem Journey, my photos on Flickr or my videos on YouTube!
