Chris explains that getting good grades leads to some great discounts, which include those for Car Insurance. "If you have a car, your car insurance company might be able to lower your insurance thanks to a program called “Good Grades.” Basically what this means is if you maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher, your car insurance can be discounted" He also mentions getting points on his student credit card via CitiBank, which can be redeemed for gift cards and more. That is a GREAT tip! Its not only a healthier options, its a cheap (and tastier) alternative. I do this with apples and freeze pineapples and take them in a handy baggie along with some string cheese. I LOVE munching on frozen fruit, especially pineapples, so refreshing! Tasty. Cheap.

That is a GREAT tip! With gym memberships being so expensive (around $250 a year), why not take advantage of FREE equipment on campus? Its a great way to spend time with friends who don't feel like paying over $200 in gym membership fees to go work out with you. Hey, maybe you'll find a cute guy there too :) Also, many colleges have FREE student activities and events, including concerts, so keep an eye out for flyers and announcements. I'm surprised a couple buddies of mine had no idea about that and they live on campus.
