My 9/13 Target Shopping Round-Up (Saved 83%)

Another quick trip to Target to get some quick things. My younger sister made this trip. He keen eye for red tags (clearance tags) that she got from me paid off, as she found the 4-packs of Kleenex on clearance for $2.54. They were in what is left of the "Back-To-School" area where everything is 30% - 50%. Not to mention, its mostly wiped out too. I'm glad to hear that the Halloween an Christmas things are going up already. My trip:
