Open to kids, age 6-12 who are legal residents of the U.S. Contestants are to enter their creative peanut bitter sandwich recipes for a chance to win a $25,000 College Fund plus an additional $10,000 for educational products and one Jif Peanut Butter gift basket. This is the 10th year Jif runs this contest, last year's winner won with her "Wushu Chicken Tacos", impressive sounding, right? So get your children and get their creative sandwich ideas running for this contest because it will be judged on creativity, taste, nutritional balance, visual appeal and ease of preparation.
Runner-Ups and Finalists also get some great prizes; 4 Runner Ups will receive a $2,500 college fund and 1 Jif Peanut Butter gift basket each. The Five Remaining Online Finalists will each receive a Jif Peanut Butter gift basket worth $50! Five finalists will go on to compete in New York in March 2012.
