My Nutrisystem Weekly Weigh-In

This is my first weigh-in and I'm not worried one bit! I am actually exited to tell you guys how much I lost. I mentioned before that there is NO WAY I will have a bad weigh-in (crossing my fingers, lol). I am very confident that I will lose a good amount of weight in the next 3 months. I started Nutrisystem last Monday not knowing what to expect, taste-wise While I haven't quite tasted my whole months worth of food but already have some I know I will get for my next months shipment.

Like: Chilli w/ Beans (top favorite), Vegetable Medley Pizza, Banana Nut Muffin, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Blueberry Muffin, Penne Pasta and Chicken in Alfredo Sauce. Dislike: Margheria Pizza, Stawberry Shorcake Bar. I also tried the Flame-Broiled Beef Patty, Maple Sausage Patty, Thick Crust Pizza, Homestlye Pancakes that were just O.K. in my book. I can't get over having to rehydrate the beef patty, I add a bit of Worcestershire sauce and seasonings and grill it but is just tasteless to me. All the veggie add-ins are hard for me to fit in. I can eat them mixed with rice but I'm not allowed any carbs add-ins on the program unless I have more than 100lbs. to lose. This has made all my protein add-ins hard too, I'm used to eating rice with my chicken, pork, meat and beans.

I understand this Nutrisystem IS a lifestyle change and my lifestyle is hectic and being stuck eating in a certain way is hard to break but NOT impossible to transition off or change. On three occasions I did add 1/4 brown rice with my protein and a slice of whole-wheat bread for breakfast, its helped me stay full throughout the day. Over time I would LOVE to lose somewhere near 80lbs. so I don't see much of a problem with that. My 1st day on the program was a change, portion sizes are minimal considering what my old habits were. The 1/4 cup of rice is nothing compared to the mountains I previously consumed, but I'm finding its enough, especially having to eat everything else on the Nutrisystem program. I actually savor each and everything I eat now.

My free time is very limited considering I have to attend classes, work and other things. I will be reviewing EA Sports Active 2 game for the XBOX 360 Kinect soon, its what I've been using to get my exercise in and its been wonderful. I got the game on Thursday the 28th and have burned over 1,100 calories already. I really push myself for EACH work out and it has been showing on the scale. Thanks to the people over at EatSmart, I now have the EatSmart Precision Premium Digital Bathroom Scale, now i get a precise amount of what I've lost. I will also be reviewing this great scale soon! :) Don't forget to Check out my entire Nutrisystem Journey and photos on Flickr! Now its time, my weight loss for my 1st week on NutriSystem:
