Please, Bear With Me. My Dog Was Stolen

Hi. I just want to inform everyone that I might take some time to grieve and the posts on my site might be slow for this week. Regretfully, my big dog, who is my heart and joy, was stolen from our house over the weekend (3/5). We have come to the conclusion that there is little chance we will get him back, but he will be missed dearly and all we hope is that he is not being neglected, hurt or starved. Whoever was heartless to take a member of someone's family away from them will have to forever live with that guilt in their conscience but it will never compare to our hurt of losing him. He is my baby.

We hope, from the bottom of our hearts, that he is well and return to us soon.

So please bear with me as this is a very hard time for me and my family. The hurt from him gone and wondering just what he is going through is just too time consuming at the present moment.

UPDATE:

We got a new puppy, Spock, AND our baby was found and we went to retrieve him at a local Animal Rescue!

That's terrible news...I'm so sorry to hear that, he looks really sweet. I'm crossing my fingers that he's returned to your family somehow.

I can't imagine going through that. I really, really hope he comes home and if he doesn't, you are able to feel better sooner rather than later. :(

Oh Amy I am so sorry! My heart is breaking for you. That's just awful news and I will hoping that somehow, some way, he will manage to get back home where he blongs! So sorry :(

That is awful. Sorry to hear about this. We are dog owners and it just breaks my heart that people could be so cruel :( I hope you get him back. Will keep you in my prayers.
