Free pancakes. Yes, I said FREE PANCAKES. February 28th is National Pancake Day and participating IHOP restaurants plan to celebrate giving away a free short stack of pancakes. Make sure you look up any participating IHOP locations near you and go have some free pancakes! This is while supplies last and limit to one short stack per guest.
