The holiday are OFFICIALLY here. Finals are done, school is over, and that's a load of stress off my back. What a great feeling it is. What have I been doing with this wonderful time off? Browsing some of my favorite foodie blogs for inspiration, lol. I came across the cutest Mini Cherry Pies and decided to try them out myself (see my mini pies above). I'm a HUGE pie fan and these portion-friendly ones are great! Of course, its always hard to take just 1 lol :)
