After saving up for my new laptop, I had many people tell me to take GOOD care of it. It is an investment after all. When I go out, I always keep my laptop in a bag BUT my friends let me know its possible to scratch it up that way. So, after searching online I contacted the wonderful people at SkinIt.com and was sent the most adorable laptop skin ever imagined! I received SkinIt's Giant Panda Skin for my Laptop (retails for $29.99). Checkout process was extremely simple and the skin shipped quite fast and rolled in a tube for great protection. The skin it, as you can see above, it the most adorable thing ever! The panda's face is so big it almost didn't fit, lol.
The skin is printed on high quality 3M Vinyl, which resists everyday scratches quite well and the image is not pixelated whatsoever. The application process was extremely easy, the skin was cut perfectly for my laptop. I peeled off the skin and placed it on top of my laptop, it slid easily on the cover as I positioned it correctly. Unfortunately, after pressing down and securing the skin on the cover, I noticed a bump near the top. So, being the perfectionist I sometimes am, I peeled off the corner and removed it. To my utter surprise, I caused the skin to stretch and it didn't stick back the same way. There were air bubbles and noticeable lines. It was a real shame, I even got a little teary. The skin is absolutely beautiful, and I suggest if any of you get one, clean your device well and do NOT peel it off!
