This is my 8th week on the Nutrisystem program. I was so exited last week to hitting 20lbs in 7 weeks. I accomplished it and feel great that I did! It goes to show me that I can do it if I put my mind to it. Nutrisystem and exercise have been great to me, and are the only things helping me lose weight. The heat this past week was horrible and has been a lazy week for me. I only had the energy to work out 1 day out of the week and it shows from what I lost, which was very minimal but am happy that I lost something.
The Nutrisystem program has very easy to follow, sometimes it feels like I'm eating too much, but this time eating good food, not bad. Self-motivation has been keeping me going, and getting my first Nutribear a couple weeks back helped! This week I got another little surprise in the mail, my Commitment Nutribear, all Nutrisystem members that hit the 20lb. lost mark receives this cute little purple guy. These rewards are a great motivation to keep on going, its wonderful to have the opportunity to show them off too :)
This weeks weight-loss was low, but I expected it. I can't wait to keep pushing myself and lose more weight. I have now made a personal goal to lose a minimum of 10lbs. a month over the next 2 months I have left. :) Don't forget to Check out my entire Nutrisystem Journey, my photos on Flickr or my videos on YouTube!
