If eating healthier and losing weight wasn't your #1 resolution for 2011, I'm sure it was in the top 5. For me, eating healthier is a little tricky because I simply just can not eat things like fish, broccoli, mushrooms, or other certain veggies. So trying to incorporate those healthy things in my life is pretty tough. Thankfully, there are many products like Yoplait Smoothies that makes eating healthy a little better :)
I received a Yoplait Frozen Smoothie prize pack that included a coupon goof for a FREE bag of Yoplait Frozen Smoothie, a drawstring backpack, an aluminum water bottle and a fitness journal. The fitness journal is great, as it has information about portion control and a section with calories from common foods. Its great to have handy and log how many calories you're eating. I am no stranger to Yoplait Frozen Smoothies, as I have bought and had them before and love them! I also find myself snacking on the big pieces of frozen fruit and yogurt at times instead of making them into a smoothie.
For my review I bought the Strawberry, Mango, Pineapple Yoplait Smoothie bag. Above you can see that there are big chunks of fruit and yogurt. The instructions on the bag are simple, add a cup of milk for a thick smoothie or add another 1/2 cup of milk for a slightly thinner version. I am not a big fan of milk so I usually use water and orange or apple juice.
