Santa Clara County - 80% Rebates For Home Energy Assessments!

This Winter has certainly been a lot warmer than last, but nonetheless, its been chilly. Chances are we've all turned on our heaters to keep us warm, and if you're out of luck, maybe it takes a lot more for your house to get warm. Now, we moved into a new construction home a couple years ago and am astounded at how cold it gets, drafts coming from every which way.
