Tiny "Paw"licious Spotlight

So, I've been giving my big Siberian Husky all the spotlight in the reviews, lol. This is my other baby, Kimchi. I've had this cutie since she was 2 weeks old. Poor thing could have been left on the street alone, but I took her in and gave her all my love. She just turned 1 year old this year in May. I got my Husky from a lady who couldn't handle him, she had previously gotten him from a shelter. I honestly feel blessed to have helped my poor babies, who knows what could have happened to them if i didn't take them in. She did the funniest thing yesterday, she went into our dog stockpile and stole a whole bag of Dentastix!

The only unfortunate thing is that she is destructive sometimes. Yesterday she chewed through the wires of my sisters speakers... which i had let her BORROW :(  I'm hoping I can rid her of this habit. If i could list things shes ruined, you'd be here for a while. Lets just say shes gone through a lot of doggy beds. Wondering if any of you have this problem and what you've done to help correct it?

[Closed] GIVEAWAY - Misikko; Chi Silk Infusion & Hana ShineShield

I tend to straighten my hair once in a blue moon, this is because hair straighteners tend to really mess up my hair. I HATE the smell of burnt hair floating around my vanity. My sister, on the other hand, straightens her hair on a daily basis, but our hair is very different. Mine is thick naturally wavy, straight with some curls, hers is fine and wavy/straight. So her hair type is much easier to straighten, but she also gets the occasional burnt hair. What the hair straighteners tend to do to her hair is rob it of its shine and make it look dull and lifeless. She's experimented with using sprays specifically for use before straightening and heat. None work well in her opinion. Thanks to John, over at Misikko, we were sent two hair products to review, the Chi Silk Infusion and Hana ShineShield.

My Sisters Hair

My sister has been raving about the Hana ShineShield for days now. It is a leave-in treatment that straightens & protects your hair from UV rays and heat styling. She used it while her hair was still damp, she let it air dry and put just a bit more on right before she straightened her hair. Just from the 1st use, her hair looked surprisingly healthier. After she straightened her hair, we noticed the shine it left, even into the next day (pictured). This treatment is really great with the heat styling hair straightening. If smell-o-vision was real, you'd be able to smell the incredible scent it left on her hair. The only complaint she has is that she didn't like the feeling that the Hana ShineShield left on her hands, but a quick hand wash fixed that.

I tried the Chi Silk Infusion, which is also a leave-in treatment. I do not straighten my hair much, but i do blow dry, and the Chi SIlk Infusion is a heat-friendly :) When I was finished, my hair felt light, I love that it doesn't weight my hair down like other products I regularly use.

Overall, me and my sister love the products we received for review, they will be great additions. We will be returning to Misikko to load up on these when their gone. I love the small touches that Misikko goes through to make the customer happy.
