My Nutrisystem Weekly Weigh-In (Week #10) #NSNation

This is my 11th week on the Nutrisystem program.11 weeks into this journey and I have accomplished losing over 20lbs, that is amazing. This last month has been quite tough on me, and I have shown it with my low numbers. The heat, stress, work, and problems I have at the moment took a toll on me. I'm slowly managing to regain control.

This week I haven't felt like eating much due to the heat, and it draws me to pick the quick microwavable-only Nutrisystem foods. Sticking to the program as best as I could under the circumstances, my numbers were ok this week once again. The past month, I have gotten little to no excessive. I plan to change that this week since the forecast doesn't mention anything about triple-digit weather for the week! I'm exited to get to work on that!

This weeks weight-loss was ok, but due to the circumstances, It was expected. Who knew it would be so hard to lose weight during summer? :) I can't wait to keep pushing myself and lose more weight. I need to get into my exercise again! I have made a personal goal to lose a minimum of 10lbs. a month over the next 1 1/2 months I have left. :) Don't forget to Check out my entire Nutrisystem Journey, my photos on Flickr or my videos on YouTube!
